Please use the USA/International Store. On the checkout page select the ‘SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?’ option and fill in the data of the Mexican address.

I HAVE A MEXICAN DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, BUT I WANT TO SHIP THE PRINT TO A LOCATION IN THE U.S.

Please use the Mexico Store. On the checkout page select the ‘SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?’ option and fill in the data of the U.S. address.

WHERE CAN I GET AN INVOICE OF THE PRINT I JUST BOUGHT?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEND A PRINT TO A TERRITORY OUTSIDE MEXICO AND THE U.S.?

All prints are sent via DHL express. We are currently shipping from 2 locations in Mexico. If you want a more accurate time estimate, please refer to DHL’s website.
